I'll post a link to your site right here, and you link to my site somewhere visible on yours. Of course, I would need to review your site to ensure it is reputable. However, both sites receive hits they probably wouldn't have otherwise. Also, with search engines which use a variation of "Page Rank", like Google, you receive better positioning in searches if other sites link to you (especially ones which the search engine rates as important). This goes both ways if two sites link to each other.
